Although the saline finally gets absorbed into your body, many people have already tried this.

Apart from this, if what you are looking for is to cover your face just put on a facekini. Not a bikini, not a tankini…but a FACEKINI! Actually these facekinis were created to protect people from sunrays, but it is better to buy sun cream because you look like a terrorist if you wear them.
